Well it's finally been tracked down!!!! Although now I'm worried Trump is going to have a field day with this but politics aside not only has the Jersey been recovered but they have a suspect and even some video that seems to show him walking away with the Jersey!
Even though the video is blurred this is the guy they are looking for.... Mauricio Ortega, the now EX director of "La Prensa" actually resigned a few days ago and is now wanted for questioning.
