Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center Features World’s Tallest Cive Towers

Swimmers and divers, this one is for you!

The City of Fort Lauderdale celebrated the re-opening of its new aquatic center. Olympians Greg Louganis, Dara Torres, and Sam Dorman took part in the special moment along with Mayor Dean Trantalis and other officials.

According to a news release, the event showcased one of the world’s tallest dive towers at nearly 90 feet high and has state-of-the-art competition pools for both competitive and public use.

The changes don't stop there though, there's also a 27-meter platform for professionals to use and to train the next generation.
