The Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities is revealing the discovery of an ancient tomb at a construction site in Alexandria. The rare black granite sarcophagus dating back to about 2,000 years ago was found by workers digging the foundation of a new building. Experts are amazed by how intact the six feet high, five feet wide, and eight and a half feet long tomb was. They also said the size of the sarcophagus suggests it might belong to someone important. Officials noted that the layer of mortar between the lid and the body of the tomb indicates that it's never been opened.
