Ok so I don't want to take anything from the kingpin himself, Justin Bieber. Guy's a legend in his own right. Yes, he's made questionable decisions (most of us have). Whether you love of hate the guy, you have to admit he's built an absolute empire that will be talked about for generations.
That being said.. what the f*** did I just watch? To say this is crazy is an absolute understatement. It's one thing to idolize your favorite artist.. but harming yourself to get the attention of others is never okay. It's a little sickening. No wonder why Bieber doesn't stop everytime to take pics with fan. He know some of these people are NUTS!
