Coronavirus boredom or not, Barbie's hubby failed to register in the state of California as a sex offender and now the Feds are on his case, literally. According to TMZ, prosecutors have already signed off on his request to cool it on the restrictions, but they are still awaiting final word from the judge to be able to move forward.
