With so many things happening online lately -- from virtual happy hours, to webinars, to even weddings -- the Miami Dolphins are following suit. The organization will be holding the first ever 2020 NFL Draft Party on April 23rd via The Official Miami Dolphins Fans Group on FaceBook. In a press release sent out yesterday, it was announced that fans who join the FB group will have access to exclusive content including interviews, Q&As with current players, and live video analysis.
The Miami New Times reported:
"While we remain vigilant of the ongoing situation that continues to impact so many, we hope the Facebook virtual draft party will bring fans together to celebrate our new players and interact with the team from their own homes," the Miami Dolphins' vice president of marketing, Laura Sandall, said in the press release. "We look forward to welcoming the draft picks to South Florida and introducing them to the community when it is safe to do so."
