Halsey Shares Thoughts On Violence Against Protestors In Instagram Post

Halsey took to Instagram to plead to those watching the protests "from the comfort of [their] home" to take action and stand up against violence towards protesters. The "Bad At Love" singer shared startling images of the ruckus in downtown L.A. and shared why these demonstrations are near and dear to her. She wrote:

“My father is a black man. My mother is an EMT. This week I had to put those two associations together in ways that have horrified me."

She also brought up a good point that Trump's decision to enforce the mobilization of armed forces is not what we needed at this time with medical professionals already restless from COVID-19. For more, read below:
