As the world begins to open little by little during the tail end of the coronavirus pandemic, more and more people are stepping out and for Floridians that means Sunday Fun Day in the Sun on the beaches! Unfortunately, that might be the smartest idea lately... no just cause COVID-19 is still very much a threat, but because apparently so are sharks!
This morning, a hammerhead shark was spotted swimming just off the coast of Miami Beach near Collins and 40th. Check out the footage NBC6 snagged:
This footage is surfacing just 4 days after a man was bitten on the leg by a shark in Miami Beach. We're thinking the forces of nature are warning us to not be so quick to leave the house just yet – STAY HOME, PEOPLE! Lol.
