A 2nd coronavirus wave expected as COVID-19 cases spike in South Florida. Miami-Dade logged 581 new cases Monday, with a positivity rate nearing 6-percent. Hospitalizations are also rising steadily yet again up from 250 to around 300. Jackson Memorial Healthcare CEO Carlos Migoya says they are ready for what they believe will be a 2nd surge. Mayor Carlos Gimenez is reminding everyone to wear a mask and keep their social distance-and remember not to participate in any large gatherings this Halloween weekend.
