After telling the court she feared for her life and after harassment on a weekly basis from a freshly released psychiatric patient who claims they're in love, singer Halsey has been granted a restraining order.
She and her Los Angeles neighbor both have had to deal with the craziness, including the guy smashing a guitar on the porch after being told that the house next door isn't Halsey's. As if leaving behind a handwritten notebook with messages for the "Bad At Love" singer weren't creepy enough!
