LeBron James Joins The Alcohol Business, Invests In Lobos 1707 Tequila

King James has joined the alcohol business!

Even though he's a known wine lover, athletic superstar LeBron James is dipping his hand (and money) into the world of tequila by pushing the Lobos 1707 brand. He revealed to WSJ Magazine when and why he was inspired to get involved with the Italian tequila brand:

"I was in a perfect place in my life. Me and my friends were trying different tequilas. I actually bought a place with Maverick Carter in Cabo a few years ago. There’s obviously a big tequila heritage there."

The drink launched today, you can expect prices to range from $45-$150 depending on which bottle you get -- Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven; Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado; Lobos 1707 Tequila, Extra Añejo; and Lobos 1707 Mezcal Artesanal.
