A federal judge in Fort Lauderdale has ordered the destruction of the video that purportedly shows New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and other men paying for sex with women at the now-defunct Orchids of Asia Day Spa.
The solicitation charge was dropped against the 79-year old after an appeals court threw out the video evidence.
The placement of hidden cameras by Jupiter Police was deemed unlawful and Kraft's attorneys argued that the recordings could wind up on the internet.
The team owner became part of a multi-county investigation when he visited the massage parlor on two days in January 2019.
