Dua Lipa, Demi Lovato, Lil Nas X & More Speak Up Against DaBaby After Rant

Rapper DaBaby is in the spotlight but not for anything good. He's actually in hot water.

The North Carolina emcee took the opportunity while on stage at Miami's Rolling Loud Festival to spew some misinformation and homophobic rhetoric, which landed on undeserving ears. Basically he attacked people living with HIV/AIDS for no reason.

Dua Lipa – who he collaborated with this past year for the song "Levitating" – has officially unfollowed him and made a public statement in regard to the matter.

After a whole bunch of (ignorant) doubling-down, DaBaby eventually tweeted a slap-in-the-face apology. Here you go, smh:

One who took a moment to break it down FOR REAL, FOR REAL was Demi Lovato. They posted a slide to Instagram and the caption was just the right amount of shady: "Hot people listen to the original version of Levitating."

Lil Nas X chimed in, naturally. (Especially after T.I. put his 2 cents in.)

And even the OGs and original allies of the LGBTQ+ community spoke up – Madonna and Elton John! Check out their posts below. What do you make of all this?
