Time For A 3rd Booster Vaccine, According To The Biden Administration

Uh oh... what will anti-vaxxers make of this news? *Insert eyes emoji*

The Biden administration is getting ready to announce that a 3rd booster vaccine shot will be recommended for those who've gone past 8 months since their 2nd. This could happen as early as mid-September! This is in response to the surge in health issues due to the Delta variant of COVID-19. The new policy won't go into affect, however, until the FDA approves it.

Those who received the Johnson & Johnson single shot vaccine should also get an additional dose, but they're still awaiting the results of that company's clinical trial for the second shot, which are expected later in the month.
