Here's something you don't see everyday... especially not in SoFlo...
A Canadian woman was caught on camera taking a selfie atop her sinking car while people hurried to rescue her. It all went down on the frozen Rideau River in Ottowa. She was charged with driving a vehicle recklessly, probably because (reportedly) she was smiling and taking it all lightly.
