Back in October, Shay had shared that he had already lost 50 lbs and was really going hard to transform himself.
Now on Instagram, he posted a side-by-side of his before and after, and Shay is looking ripped!
In the caption he writes:
Consistency. I changed my entire world in 6 months. No gimmicks or fads. Just consistency. If that tired guy on the left can do it so can you. 💪🏻
