Pizza is healthier than most cereals

yes, you read right. Whether it's cold pizza,microwaved pizza, or store bought, it's probably a healthier breakfast option than most cereal.

 

According to Chelsey Amer, MS, EDN, CDN on the Daily Meal, you'd be surprised to find out that the average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories. However, pizza has much more protein which will keep you full through the morning.
