According to a new report, Miami has the most millennials living at home

According to a new report by real estate website Zillow, the age at which more millennials live independently rather than with their family has gone up to 29 in Miami– compared to 24 back in the 80’s. The reason why? Aside from the cultural aspects in South Florida's diversity, millennials are more than likely to want to live in metropolitan areas, a.k.a Wynwood, where housing is more expensive and rent price growth has made it extremely hard for renters to afford housing without a roommate PLUS throw in student loans, food and life... yea, we pretty much can't afford to move out.

Miami currently ties with Los Angeles and New York for the highest move out age in the country.
