The undefeated national champions are getting a perk right next to their stadium!
Thanks in part to a one-million-dollar donation by Tom and Stacey McNamara and their daughters Shannon, Erin and Megan, Recovery Cove will be coming soon to UCF Athletics. A lazy river will be built right next to Spectrum Stadium.
There will be annual passes available but they will cost you a pretty penny. They're $2,500 apiece, but the passes will include season tickets and a parking pass. Plus, there's a limit of 250 passes. However, student athletes will have access to the lazy river on non-game days.
The donation will cover everything,no state, university, or student funds are being used to pay for the project. Construction will begin after this year's football season.
