We know that Amazon and shopping on the web has made our lives way easier. And when the holidays come around, it's very obvious that deliveries spike. Since it is the season of giving, maybe we can try this idea and make at least one delivery driver's day a bit easier.
Here's what happened, as a way to say thank you to the men and women that deliver packages to her house, Kathy Ouma left a basket of snacks and drinks on the porch. I mean this is an awesome jester and sweet way to spread the positive and good holiday cheer.
Using her Ring doorbell, Kathy was able to capture Kareem Earl Reed III's reaction as he dropped off some packages at her front to door. Needless to say that the moment is very sweet and pure.
Kareem reached out to Kathy after the video went viral. He thanked her and said, "Ms. Kathy Ouma, I'm glad I could make you smile that day with this one." On a Facebook post he wrote, "The thing about it is I forgot to bring my lunch that day and I wasn't feeling good until I got to your house and [saw] the snacks. May the Divine bless your always for your kindness."
His reaction and the celebratory dance at the end truly makes you see that it's the little things that count. Happy Holidays!!
