Billie Eilish Open Up About Her Struggle With Mental Health

Earlier this week in an interview with Gayle King for the The Gayle King Grammy Special, Billie Eilish opened up about her previous struggles with mental health. This all started as Billie's talent and fame increased.

During the interview, the 'Bad Guy' singer, revealed that in 2018 she fell into depression and was having thoughts of taking her life. Billie said she was unhappy and felt joyless. She told King that after she rose to fame, some friends distanced themselves and said, "I don't want to be too dark, but I genuinely didn't think I would, like, make it to, like, 17."

But how did Billie work this issue?Well, Billie gives the credit to her mom, Maggie Baird, who helped her rearrange her tour so that she could get therapy. This also helped her find the joy in her music she was starting to feel it was off.

In her Grammy special, Gayle King also features the Jonas Brothers, Lil Nas X and Blake Shelton, Lizzo, and Gwen Stefani.
