Broward Health Hits Capacity For COVID19 Vaccine Appointments

Looks like South Floridians are ready to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Broward Health had some big news to share. Within a few hours after they began taking appointments to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine to members of the public, they said they had reached capacity for at least the next month.

Broward Health is no longer taking appointment requests until February.

If you want to get the COVID-19 vaccine when appointments open again, you must check one of these boxes:

  • People ages 65 and older
  • Office staff of Broward Health's credentialed physicians
  • Emergency medical services personnel
  • Non-credentialed community health care providers who do not have access to the vaccine, as well as their office staff
