Due to the pandemic, the popular South Florida Fair is going to be looking a bit different in 2021. The traditional big fair has been canceled, but there's nothing to worry about, in a few weeks, we will see a smaller "Mini" Fair take place.
In a press release, organizers said that there will be no adult rides and no indoor activities. However, there will be some fun for kids, as rides will be available for them. Vicki Chouris, the fair’s president & CEO said, “This decision came about due to growing concerns about the safety of our guests during this pandemic.”
Opening day is Friday, January 15th and guests will be admitted for free during the first hour from noon to 1 p.m. After opening day, weekday hours will be from 4-10 p.m., and on Saturday, Sunday, and Martin Luther King Day, hours will be from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. For tickets, head to the fair’s website, www.southfloridafair.com through January 14, 2021.
The fair runs from January 15th through the 31st.
