Let's be real, rent is getting more expensive with every minute that passes by, especially in Miami.

Consumers in Miami are paying 35% more for rent compared to just a year ago. Rent.com has new local data, including how much prices are up in Miami. This year, the average rent for apartments in Miami is between $2,375 and $4,387.

Now how does this look when we compare it to other Florida cities? Well, Miramar's average renter pays $1,025 and in Homestead, the rent is $750. Looks like if you are going to make some moves and relocations this study and data will be very useful to get more bang for your buck.
