Relief efforts are underway to help Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic in the wake of Hurricane Fiona. Fresh water is currently an obstacle. Global Empowerment Mission says they're currently packing family necessity kits that will sustain four to five people for one to two weeks.
GEM Bstrong is partnering up with #Yonomequito, who are on the ground in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic helping with extreme flooding and the impact of Hurricane Fiona. Distribution of aid will begin as soon as possible.
