You know I'm a foodie and of course, we gotta talk about The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
This is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities.
Several events are happening around town, from brunches and lunches to master classes and the grand tasting. There's something for every food lover in South Florida.
Among the most popular events are Burger Bash presented by Schweid & Sons® hosted by Emeril Lagasse with a special performance by Midland. Also, Fontainebleau Miami Beach presents Wine Spectator's Best of the Best sponsored by Capital One. And to close off the weekend, Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village featuring Publix Culinary Demonstrations sponsored by Sub-Zero Group Southeast.
What's awesome about SOBE is that 100% of the net proceeds from the festival benefit FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Nearly 1,200 students and volunteers gain invaluable real-world experience at the Festival each year and to date, SOBE has raised $34 million.
The Festival is taking place February 23 – 26, 2023 and tickets are still available.
