Flo Rida is suing the company behind Celsius energy drinks, as he claims that they owe him millions of dollars in bonuses, stocks, incentives and royalties payments.
The suit claims that there was a breach of contract from the 2014 endorsement deal, saying the rapper signed the deal to serve to "globally market and promote all aspects of the Celsius brand"
Flo Rida is reportedly seeking damages exceeding $30,000, exclusive of interest, attorney's fees and costs.
According to the lawsuit, "Flo Rida maintained a successful endorsement partnership with Celsius which was highly effective in opening new doors for Celsius and its products."
The lawsuit was originally filed in 2021.
