Who would have thought that 46 years ago, Miami would be blanketed with snow?

It's been a cold "winter" for us here in South Florida, but it's nothing compared to the snow day Miami experienced back in 1977.

January 19, 1977 was the first time in recorded history that snow fell in Miami, and we haven't seen snow in the magic city since.

$300 million in agricultural damage in South Florida due to the snow.

The snow event was so rare that it won't be likely to happen again in our lifetime, so if you ever want to experience a Miami snow day, you’ll have to travel back in time! Or, you know - just travel to somewhere with snow instead 😂
