Florida’s rent prices have increased again in April, jumping 11.82% since March. In Miami the growth went up 0.02%, with the median rent price in April at $3,074. According to rent.com, Orlando skyrocketed 2.12% with the median rent at $2,128. Prices in South Florida continue to stay high, states like South Dakota are emptying their wallets with a 24.44% increase in rents year over year.
