So this workweek ended with some great conversation & incredible cocktails in studio... Safe to say I was REALLY excited for lunch the next day at La Cote with Absolut Elyx.
I spoke to Chef Michael from La Cote at Fontainebleau Miami Beach & we talked about the amazing ambiance, freshest seafood, and what sets La Cote apart from other spots in the 305!
Now you can understand why I was so excited to get to lunch! LOL
Not to mention, Sophia from Absolut Elyx coming in studio with a giant copper disco ball... which was actually an ice bucket. YUP. An ice bucket disco ball! HOW FESTIVE IS THAT...
Once you listen to the full interview, you can hear Sophia talk about the other copper goods Elyx has (like my personal favorite: gnomes), their charitable component, being gluten free, and how Elyx is comprised of 60% water. Don't believe me? Listen for yourself!
Check out some pictures below from our lunch at La Cote with Elyx! Copper flamingos filled with Life's A Beach punch, live music, a relaxed & fun ambience.... & LIVE King Crab from Norway brought to our table by Chef Michael himself!
