Imagine being delayed at the airport 12 hours, having to sleep in the terminal, and then being physically assaulted by an airline agent!

This is literally the story of the Boggan family.

They were trying to get to West Palm Beach from La Guardia airport in NY when their flight was delayed over 12 hours forcing this family and the rest of the passengers to sleep on the floor of the terminal!

After the long wait a Delta agent came to make an announcement and this is when 12 year old Matthew had his phone smacked out of his hand while trying to record her and the passengers reactions to her excuses..... 

A lawsuit is in the works and the Boggan family says they will never fly United or Delta ever again.
