I know right?!?! Well the photographer, Catherine McGann, took the pic of baby Bruno when he was about 3 or 4 working as a baby Elvis impersonator and is now suing because he never asked for permission to post the pic.... She has now decided to file a copyright infringement lawsuit against both Bruno Mars and his record label, Warner Music...
Anyone else feel like she's just taking advantage and trying to cash out?
