Taylor Swift just released a new song from Lover called “The Archer,” which was apparently produced byJack Antonoff, who worked on other songs from Reputation like, “Look What You Made Me Do” and “New Year’s Day.”
While in the middle of her Instagram live session “The Archer” dropped and she said it is the fifth track of her upcoming album "Lover."
On that IG Live she also explained her tradition of putting the most “honest, emotional, vulnerable, and personal” songs in that slot because her fans started to notice a pattern within her earlier albums.
Later on in her IG Live she announced that "Lover" will drop with four deluxe editions, some of which will contain scans of her real life journal entries.
