The Department of Transportation published new guidelines on Thursday allowing the most commonly recognized service animals to fly on commercial airlines including cats, dogs, and.... miniature horses?

I had no idea that miniature horses were ever on this list to begin with but I'm also not surprised since we constantly hear about people bringing random pets claiming it's their "emotional support animal"

The latest guidelines from the DOT (Department Of Transportation) says. "We believe that it would be in the public interest and within our discretionary authority to prioritize ensuring that the most commonly recognized service animals (i.e., dogs, cats, and miniature horses) are accepted for transport,"
