Popeye's just announced the return of their Chicken Sandwich and simultaneously threw shade at Chick Fil A
It's no secret, Popeye's has been feuding with Chick Fil A ever since they dropped their own chicken sandwich (which some say is better than Chick Fil A's)
This wasn't even low key btw, they just straight up went for them saying they're going to bring the popular sandwiches back on Sunday.. when Chick Fil A is infamously closed.
Not gonna lie, I didn't get to try it during the hype but I might have to swing by this Sunday and finally peep it. Sorry Chick Fil A!
