A social media creator made a fake American Girl doll based on the current Karen stereotype and some people are upset including American Girl.
Adam the Creator posted the parody ad on social media featuring the Karen doll with the American Girl logo underneath. The Karen was described as "an independent thinker who refuses to wear a mask in public places."
The Karen doll is wearing a sweatsuit, has the "Karen hairsyle," a scowl, and also a gun.
American Girl fans were not too happy and started tweeting about it so they started answering back with their displeasure for the mean as well.
American Girl is trying to have the post taken down.
