Neck gaiters work just as well as masks at stopping the spread of the coronavirus.
Apparently now researchers found that the roll-up face gear blocked 100% of large particles from another person’s sneeze or cough.
The protective wear also trapped up to 90% of large particles from escaping.
These results are the opposite of a previous study which found neck gaiters weren’t effective at stopping the spread of the coronavirus and actually did more harm than good by basically creating smaller droplets from larger ones with the fabric used to make them.
With all this controversy back and fourth on whether they work or they don't it might be better to just stick with masks that have been proven to work since day one.
