With the success of Squid Games, it's only right that the talk of season two has to get started.
Originally the creator said there were no plans for a Second Season of the hit Netflix show.
However, he appears to have changed his mind in an interview with The Times where he said, "While I was writing season one, I thought about the stories that could be in season two if I get to do one—one would be the story of the Frontman.”
He has also stated that he's considering getting in a room full of other writers to help create season 2.
Also, there are rumors going around that season two will dig deeper into the backstory of Player 001 named Oh Ill-nam. If you don't know that's the old guy.
While that sounds interesting, just know Netflix hasn't picked up season two yet although with it's recent numbers I'd be surprised if they didn't.
