United Airlines To Ban Passengers Who Don’t Wear Facemaks

While you’re making those future travel plans to take flights when it’s safe, don’t forget your face masks! Some airlines are even enforcing the “new normal” policy by banning passengers who refuse to wear face coverings.

Starting this week, United Airlines announced they will temporarily ban passengers who refuse to wear facemasks during flight. Furthermore, passengers who remove coverings will be first asked to put it on, and in implementing the new policy, insubordination may result in being added to an internal ‘ban list’.

Earlier this week, to limit interactions between passengers and flight attendants, both United and Delta airlines announced they would stop selling alcohol and beverages other than water.

American Airlines is also now requiring passengers to use facemasks during travel.
