According to her, she gave up eating sugar 28 years ago & the change has obviously done wonders.
‘I make sure I eat protein with every meal, especially breakfast. It stops the cravings.’
‘I walk my dog in the park for 30 minutes every day. This is one of the best things that I do all day as he loves it and I love it too,’ Carolyn explains.
She also does yoga 3 times a week & works daily meditation into her schedule.
