And yet another crazy dieting trend that started in Japan and now taking over Twitter.
This one is called the “Cinderella weight,” which is a diet challenge in which the end goal is to have tiny waist like Cinderella does in that movie that you know is fictional!
Sounds pretty healthy right!?!?
If you want to know what your Cinderella weight is.....
(please just do this for fun and don't actually start starving)
here’s what you do:
Take your height and converted to meters– so I’m 5'3, which is 1.6 meters.
Multiply that number by the same number 1.6 x 1.6 = 2.56.
Take that number and multiply it by 18 = 46 KG converted back into lbs is 101.
So my Cinderella weight goal is 101 lbs. I weigh right now 148 pounds so I'm supposed to loose 47 pounds.
NOOOOOO THANK YOU!
I just had my second kid 4 months and I'm completely ok where I am right now.
Yes, I could always loose 5-10 pounds here or there, BUT 47 pounds is absolutely INSANE.
Not even when I was at my 'skinniest' did I ever weigh less than 120 pounds.
And please don't forget that Lily James in the movie 'Cinderella' wore a corset and had her waist CGI’d for the film.
