43 year old, Khemjira Klongsanum from Thailand was just 7 miles into a marathon when she saw runners in front of her avoiding something cute in the road and it just so happened to be a puppy. 🐶
Since there was no houses around she knew the puppy had to be lost and scared.
So what did she do? Instead of ignoring him like everyone else (how dare you), she picked him and ran the remaining 19 MILES holding him!
She says it made the marathon twice as hard, but he was just too cute to just leave behind.

For those of you wondering, she did try to track down the owner, but nobody ever came forward.
Soooooo she ended up adopting him! 😍 and named him Chombueng, which was the name of the area where the marathon was held.
