Well this is good news!
The White House is taking more action to help people fight off the COVID surge by sending out Some 400-million N-95 masks for free. These are higher quality masks and said to offer more protection against the raging omicron variant.
They're being pulled from the national stockpile and will be shipped to pharmacies and distribution sites in the next couple of days. This means they'll be available by late next week, with the program in full force by early next month.
The White House expects the program to be fully up and running by early February.
