For those of you who saw the Town Hall last night, you might be wondering today who exactly was that spokesperson for the NRA.
That would be Dana Loesch, a 39 year old mother of two from Missouri who now lives in Texas. Dana used to be a mommy blogger until 2017, when she was hired by the NRA.
She also had her own radio show.
She describes her family as 'jesus freaks'. The tattoo below means: 'Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.'
Dana has also written two conservative books. The first one was released in 2014.
Awesome, and thanks! #Repost @ecruz83 with @repostapp ・・・ "An armed society is a safer society" awesome book in case anyone's looking for a good read! Lot of facts, research, debunked anti-gunners lies... great job by @dloesch The culture I come from believes guns are only for the bad people, this book will show you why that is far from the truth! #2a #freedom #america #guns #handsoffmygun #bookstagram
And the second one was released in 2016.
One of the biggest moments last night, when shooting surviver Emma Gonzalez asked Dana a very powerful question.
'I don't believe this insane monster should have ever been able to obtain a firearm. Ever. I do not think that he should have gotten his hands on any kind of weapon.
'This individual was nuts. And I, nor the millions of people that I represent, none of us support people who are crazy who are a danger to themselves, to others, getting their hands on a firearm.
'I don't want anyone to ever be in this position again,' Dana said.
