Ritt Momney has officially dropped the visual for his cover of "Put Your Records On" and its so dreamy. Ritt Momney gained popularity with this song on Tik-Tok which is a cover of Corrine Bailey Rae's 2006 hit. It seems like he even took some inspo from the original video too.
Both videos younger versions of the artists who seemingly find themselves "someway, somehow." I think it's a nice nod to the OG song and video and both are beautiful in their own way.
A lot of people have criticized Ritt's popularity with the song, thinking it may erase Rae's version entirely as it get's introduced to a younger audience. However Ritt does make it clear in the visual title that it is a cover. He's even donating proceeds from the video to a charity of Rae's choice! Love that.
