The Clevelander has announced that it will reopen today after temporarily shutting down due to the spring break chaos in South Beach. They will be “programming low-key day time events and ambient level entertainment over the next few weeks” to occupy spring breakers and they urged the city of Miami Beach to do the same.
The Clevelander says it has a zero-tolerance policy against violence and firearms and patrons and employees must comply with COVID protocols. They hope their efforts will help keep Spring Breakers off the streets and will hopefully provide a place for them to congregate safely.
