COVID- 19 cases are on the rise here in Florida and there has been a lot of concern on whether or not mask mandates would come back. Well, the town of Palm Beach has reinstated its mask mandate for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. It will require anyone on town property indoors to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
Additional restrictions will be considered in the week ahead and the public will be advised of any changes. The statement also says that it will continue to follow the CDC's guidelines.
According to the latest CDC guidance, anyone who is fully vaccinated doesn't need to wear a mask or maintain social distancing, except where required by laws, rules, regulations, or local guidance.
