All that rain and flooding can't keep a good Floridian down and especially not during Tortuga weekend!
Tortuga Music Festival is still on track to begin today. Live Nation confirmed yesterday that the gates should open at noon at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park with its regular procedures and line-up.
This is Tortuga's 10th anniversary and will be 3 days long of country music. This year's headliners are Kenny Chesney, Shania Twain, and Eric Church.
The festival is completely sold out and typically draws in 25,000+ people per day from all over the world. The forecast during the festival's 3-day event is partly cloudy with a few thunderstorms. TBH some of my favorite concerts I’ve seen were in the rain- it's an EXPERIENCE! Just don't forget your rain ponchos!
