PULL FOR PRIDE NATIONAL EVENT COMES TO FORT LAUDERDALE
To Raise Funds for LGBTQ Youth & Homelessness Across US & Canada
Pull for Pride is a Deadlift-only powerlifting fundraiser that benefits select organizations providing direct support to LGBTQ youth struggling with homelessness. Select organizations such as Lost-n-Found Youth, Project Fierce, Urban Peak, Avenues for Homeless Youth, The Ali Forney Center, and Lambert House. The nationwide fundraiser is an inclusive celebration of all bodies with no restrictions placed on age, weight, physical ability, or gender identity.
This year Pull for Pride adds Fort Lauderdale as the 11th city to take part in this Pride month event. Pull for Pride Fort Lauderdale will take place on Saturday June 22 at Broward Barbell Center to benefit Equality Florida. Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's LGBTQ community.
