Johnson & Johnson Wants To Begin Testing A Coronavirus Vaccine

Johnson & Johnson is planning to start its clinical trials of its COVID-19 vaccine on human patients by September

Their goal is to hopefully have the first wave of the vaccine available for emergency use authorization by early next year

Johnson & Johnson says it has been working on a vaccine since January and has also teamed up with BARDA who says will commit $1 billion to fund vaccine research, development, and clinical testing of the new vaccine.

Johnson & Johnson is hoping to mass produce the vaccine quickly once it has been approved after the human clinical trials.
